The buyer acquired a trophy asset in one of the most highly sought-after submarkets of Hollywood. Alex Reyhan and Daniel Hirth represented the Buyer on this transaction. Although there was vigorous competition with a plethora of offers, the Hirth Group was able to secure the asset for our client.
