Ricardo brings over 15 years of commercial real estate marketing experience. He is tasked with presentation quality and design for both digital and offline marketing materials. Using the latest technology and industry trends, Ricardo prides himself in the creation of unique visual concepts and information design.

During his career, Mr. Beristain has worked alongside some of the top brokers in the nation and has developed an intimate understanding of information design, commercial real estate trends, underwriting necessities, and technological demands.  During his tenure, companies like CBRE, Colliers, Hendricks & Partners, Sperry Van Ness, and KW Commercial have utilized his exceptional services and skills.​

Ricardo additionally served in the United States Marine Corps for four years where he was a small computer technician.  He has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a focus on Information Technology.
